This new category addresses the age-related disadvantage faced by senior executives, who earn zero points in the age category because they are typically older than the general Express Entry population. Senior managers must fall under one of the following NOC codes to be eligible:
NOC 00012 – Senior managers – financial, communications & business services.
NOC 00013 – Senior managers – health, education, social & community services.
In addition, the following categories also qualify:
NOC 00014 – Senior managers – trade, broadcasting & other services.
NOC 00015 – Senior managers – construction, transportation, production & utilities.
