This new category addresses the age-related disadvantage faced by senior executives, who earn zero points in the age category because they are typically older than the general Express Entry population. Senior Manager Express Entry Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this new category, candidates must meet ALL three of the following criteria:
- Experience – Minimum 12 months of full-time Canadian work experience within the past 3 years.
- Occupation – Experience in a NOC Major Group 00 occupation.
Note: Foreign work experience does not count toward the 12-month Canadian requirement.
